Amazon.com Product Description This nifty gadget may look like an ordinary multi-purpose Swiss Army knife, but it's not. Inside, 512 megabytes of USB memory allow users to transport image, music, and data files from home to office and back again. It even features a full complement of more conventional Swiss Army tools, including a knife blade, nail file with screwdriver, scissors, key ring, LED mini-light, and retractable ballpoint pen. Also included is an extension cable to connect the memory stick with a USB port. Small enough to hang from a keychain, it's a great accessory for the frequent traveler and an ideal gift for the business adventurer with a James Bond frame of mind. The SwissMemory is compatible with USB 1.1/2.0 interface, Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/MAC OS X, OS 8.6 and higher, Linux 2.4 and higher. Free, downloadable SecureLock software protects data from unauthorized access. SwissMemory 512 Tools and Details - Blade

About Swiss Army Knives In 1884, Swiss cutler Karl Elsener set up shop in Ibach-Schwyz, installing a waterwheel in Tobelbach Brook to run his grinding and polishing machines. Thus began what would become the international brand name Victorinox, a combination of Victoria, for Elsener's mother, and "inox," or stainless steel. Today, Victorinox produces watches, luggage, clothing, and, famously, Swiss Army Knives. The original product dates to 1897, when Elsener patented the Swiss Officer's and Sports Knife he supplied to the Swiss Army. Following World War II, American servicemen and women shopping in PX stores shortened the name to Swiss Army Knife, which lives on in English-speaking countries around the world and has become a metaphor for versatility.
Product Description VICTORINOX is the world leader of Pockettools (Multi-Tools and Pocket knives). For every activity, be it professional, in the home or during leisure time, there is a need for excellent tools and cutting implements.

Gone is the toothpick and tweezers. Present are essentials: 512Mb memory stick, the scissors, the nail file (and screwdriver,) a light, a pen and the knife (though it's not TSA-safe.) Hooray for Victorinox for bringing this nifty tool into the 21st century!
Handy in your pocket March 26, 2008 Justin D. Scarborough (Blacksburg, VA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This pocket knife has pretty much everything that a modern day person would need on a day to day basis. I've used every tool at least once and have only had the tool in my possession for a week. I highly recommend buying this pocket knife
One of the best purchases I've ever made December 7, 2007 M. Saavedra 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It has everything I'm always in need of. Little scissors and a file for quick nail fixes. I. love always having a small knife to open all the packages that arrive in the mail. The pen has come in handy on many occasions eventhough I normally have one in my purse. The light is the only feature I find useless. The 512MB USB may not be enough for most people so that every few months they'll have to do some housekeeping (back-up and deleting) to free up space. Just don't have it on you as you go through security for a flight. But that's no different than any swiss army knife. I've never had a problem remembering that.
Amazon misleading price December 2, 2007 Shelly Marshall (Fairview, UT) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I don't understand why Amazon would lie about the price. amazon said it was 60% off the original price of $98 (one day left)--but actually I went to the product's site and 512 m memory knife cost $49. Amazon, shame on you!
